Uni Uni Is Opening in the Apache Mall But Not Serving Bubble Tea
Uni Uni Bubble Tea in Rochester has been talked about a lot lately because of the 2nd St construction that's been really taking it's toll on their business.
They've worked hard to persevere with pop-up locations and they even have a food trailer now to take to those pop-up events. But now, a second or new location is coming.

Is Uni Uni Bubble Tea Opening an Apache Mall Location?
Uni Uni shared this photo on Facebook yesterday:
The post says, "What do you think about this? The concept would be a little different. Still needs some work done, more details coming soon."
The way it was written made it sound like that sign had been photoshopped on as a concept idea, but I needed to go check for myself. So I headed to the Apache Mall.
I found the location in the picture (by Sky Zone and Caribou Coffee) and this is what I found:
While there's no Uni Uni sign, there's clearly something in the works.
When Will Uni Uni Open in the Apache Mall?
The only additional information that has come since is a post from the Post Bulletin who claims Uni Uni will be opening a second location in the Apache Mall, but only for November and December. Uni Uni shared this post, but they themselves haven't made an official announcement as of writing this.
They apparently plan to open November 1st and will offer a menu a bit different from their main location. There will not be any bubble teas or coffees. They do plan to sell dirty sodas and desserts, though.
