In Southern Minnesota, Olmsted County, believe it or not, comes in below the state median, with an average property tax of $1,891 per year. This according to TaxRates.Org.
Nearby, Goodhue County has the highest taxes in the region at $2,002 annually, followed by Dodge County at $1,629, Wabasha County at $1,545, and Winona County at $1,502.
