Jeff Beck Announces ‘Live at the Hollywood Bowl’ Album and Concert Film
Jeff Beck marked 50 years as a recording artist with a special star-studded show last summer. Now, fans everywhere can enjoy those performances courtesy of the audiovisual package Live at the Hollywood Bowl, due in stores later this year.
Billed as a "very special" date on Beck's summer 2016 tour, the Hollywood Bowl show lived up to that promise with a career-spanning set list and a guest list that included Beck's touring partner Buddy Guy, as well as ZZ Top's Billy Gibbons and Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler, among others. In addition to celebrating Beck's storied past, the show arrived in the midst of more current activity, including the release of his BECK01 book and Loud Hailer LP.
Due in stores Oct. 6, Live at the Hollywood Bowl will be available in multiple formats, including CD/DVD and CD/Blu-ray editions, as well as a special vinyl version, available only via PledgeMusic, that packages a DVD of the concert alongside three LPs of music.
