Minnesota Renaissance Festival Announces Drive-Through Celebration

The Minnesota Renaissance Festival is following the same path as the Minnesota State Fair and will be offering a drive-through celebration this year!

The Festival on Parade will take place three different weekends: September 19th and 20th, September 26th and 27th, and October 2nd and 4th. Tickets are on sale now and you can get them HERE. Tickets cost $20 per car plus a $2 service fee.

At the Festival on Parade there will be over 30 festival food vendors, including the extremely popular Turkey Leg. There will also be "exciting entertainment [and] featured artisans" according to the Minnesota Renaissance Festival website. Bring Me the News also says that there will be games that you can participate in like "trivia, 'Festival Find it' and a 'Carriage Costume Contest.'"

Just like with the Minnesota State Fair Food Parade, when you purchase your ticket you have to select a certain time that you will arrive for the parade. Then you'll drive through the festival grounds and get all of the festival food your heart desires.

I love how everyone is adapting to the situation we are in right now. I had a great experience at the Minnesota State Fair Food Parade and I'm sure the Renaissance Festival on Parade will also be fantastic!

In their Facebook post about the Festival on Parade they also mention the dates for next year's Renaissance Festival: weekends August 21st - October 3rd, plus Labor Day (September 6th) and Fest Friday (October 1st). Mark your calendar!
