The Valley Youth Centers of Duluth does incredible work for area youth.  It's a neighborhood based after school and summer youth program for ages 5 and up in West Duluth.

They help kids by providing tutoring for homework, mentoring, and leadership.  There are also recreational activities to promote better physical health.  Throughout a year, over four hundred kids are involved in their summer and after school programs.  Currently, The Valley Youth Centers is raising money for a brand new facility to continue their mission of helping kids in the Northland.

Bikers are good about doing different charity events and runs throughout the year to help raise money for those in need.  There is a run scheduled for July, 18th, to help the Valley Youth Centers cause.  The ride will leave Players Sports Bar in West Duluth and have a nice loop run down to Doc's Sports Bar in Sturgeon Lake, and then back to Players.  Registration will start at 11:00AM, and kickstands go up at Noon.
