Music Monday May 22, 2017: The Empty Hearts
It’s Music Monday! Each week I share something I am listening to and think that you might also enjoy. It could be a tried and true favorite that you haven’t heard in forever, it could be a new release by an artist or band you already know, or it could be something I have just discovered. Stop back each week to see what is being featured!
05/22/17: Today’s featured Music Monday song is “I Don’t Want Your Love (If You Don’t Want Me)” by The Empty Hearts. The band’s name comes from Steven Van Zandt, and the line up is composed of familiar names as well. Andy Babiuk from The Chesterfield Kings is on bass, Clem Burke from Blondie tackles the drums, The Cars Elliot Easton is on guitar, and with lead vocals and guitar is Wally Palmar from The Romantics. The group came together in 2013, and released their first album in 2014. If you enjoy this song, make sure to also check out “Loud and Clear” and “Soul Deep.”
Thanks for checking out this week’s Music Monday! Stop back next week, and every Monday for more music to love.
