Each week I’ll share a picture and a little bit about a pet that is available for adoption and waiting to find a good home. If you’re thinking of adding a pet to your home, pet adoption can be a very rewarding way to do so. Check out this week’s Pet of the Week and then check back next week to see a new furry friend looking for a fur-ever home.

Meet Mystery. It's not often that a horse is featured, and Mystery might even be the first, but she's in need a good home. According to Paws First, "Mystery is a 1-3 year old bay stallion. He came from a hoarding situation that had over 1,000 untouched horses. Mystery is currently about 13 hands, and will be large pony or small horse sized. He is learning that humans are pretty nifty, and often come bearing treats! He is working on halter training as well. Mystery needs a home experienced in young, unhandled horses with proper fencing and confinement areas."
