According to the Minnesota State Patrol, one person was injured when a Hyundai Tucson left the roadway and overturned on Highway 52 near Cannon Falls around 7 am Sunday morning.

The Minnesota State Patrol reported that a Hyundai Tucson, driven by 39-year-old Natasha Wheeler of Pine Island, was southbound on Highway 52 near milepost 95 in Goodhue County when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned.

Wheeler suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash and was taken to Mayo Clinic Health Systems Hospital in Rochester. A 38-year-old passenger in Wheeler's vehicle was uninjured in the crash.

Assisting the Minnesota State Patrol at the scene were Cannon Falls Police Department, Cannon Falls Fire and Rescue, Cannon Falls Ambulance, Goodhue County Sheriff's Office.
