On Tuesday night, February 26th around 10:10 PM a Pizza Hut delivery driver was robbed at gunpoint in Owatonna. The delivery driver was trying to deliver a pizza to an apartment complex at 494 St. Paul Place when the incident happened.

The delivery driver called police around 10:30 PM. According to WCCO, the victim said that there was an "unknown male who was standing by a building approached him out of the blue. The victim said the robber covered his face with a black or dark-colored towel and the barrel of the gun was clearly visible." The victim said he gave the robber the bank bag he had which held about $65 in cash. The robber then ran off.

The Faribault Police Department brought their canine unit to the scene but they found nothing. The victim described the robber as being about 6-foot-2 and about 150 pounds.

No suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made.
