Power 96 Cool One Recap: Wax Fang

Yesterday's Power 96 Cool One was "Majestic" by a band called Wax Fang from their second studio album released in November 2007, La La Land.

I first saw yesterday's Cool One on an animated show, American Dad. It was in the episode titled "Lost in Space." The character Jeff is trapped on board a mall-like spaceship and forced to work in a food stand. He finds out that the only way he can leave is to prove that he is truly in love with his wife, Haley. To do that he has to allow a creature called "The Majestic" to probe his mind and show memories of his relationship with his spouse to the Emperor and an audience-filled arena. The song is sung by the emcee of the event as the alien rises from its pit and commences with the probing. Another Wax Fang song called "At Sea" was also used in this same episode.
