Who's in need of a "getaway"? Red Hot Chili Peppers are making sure to hit as many North American markets as possible in 2017, adding yet another leg of tour dates to the leg they've already announced.

These dates start Apr. 12, just shy of a month from when their first North American tour leg ends. They'll kick off the run in Washington, D.C., with this leg wrapping June 30 in Chicago. Though the band is playing April, May and June, there is a significant gap in each month to provide the group either a little breather or space to add more shows if needed.

The band's first leg of 2017 starts just after the New Year on Jan. 5 in San Antonio and runs through March 18 in Vancouver. See dates for both the first leg and second leg listed at the bottom of this post. A fan club ticket pre-sale for the new shows launches on Nov. 9. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Nov. 11. Every ticket purchased includes a choice of a standard physical or standard digital copy of their current album The Getaway.

The album debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Album Sales Chart and No. 2 on the Billboard 200 Album Chart back in June. The album has already yielded the chart-topping single "Dark Necessities" and they are current climbing the charts with the song "Go Robot."
