So. Minnesota Teen Injured In Rollover Crash In Goodhue Co.
An 18-year-old Owatonna man was injured in a rollover crash on Highway 19 in Goodhue County last night.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Vadim Kiriakov was one of two passengers in a vehicle being driven by 18-year-old Tanner Cole Hallett of Warroad. Hallett was traveling westbound on Highway 19 and shortly after 6pm he lost control of the 1998 Chevrolet Tracker causing it to enter the ditch, strike a field approach and roll. The accident was reported at the intersection of Highway 19 at 30th Ave located in Stanton Township.
Kiriakov, Hallett, and an un-named 17-year-old male were taken to the Northfield hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
According to the report, only the driver was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. Alcohol was not believed to be a factor in the crash.
Assisting at the crash was the Cannon Falls ambulance.
