Texas Police Chief Jason Collier On Leave After Being Publicly Outed By Mistresses On Facebook

Stinnett County Police Chief Jason Collier is on leave after Facebook posts accused him of being at the center of an insane cheating scandal.

Things began to unravel when a 39-year-old woman by the name of Cecily Steinmetz made a post on Facebook, tagging the city of Stinnet in a poor review due to their police chief Jason Collier living what she described as a "double/triple life" with at least two girlfriends (a few more would climb out of the woodwork with accusations as things unfolded) while being married with four kids.

As you would imagine, the accusatory post instantly went viral.

Steinmetz went on to expose Collier with allegations, sharing her experience on how she found out that she was his mistress with details that included fake documents, intricate lies, and apparently, another engagement.

Chief Jason Collier is living a double/triple life. I was his girlfriend until yesterday. He lied to me and presented me with fake annulment documents when I found out he was married. I also found out about a 2nd girlfriend, Kristi, last night. He has lied to us, our children, and asked us both to marry him.

The allegedly scorned mistress continued dragging Collier adding that he would reportedly visit her in Amarillo (about an hour south of Stinnett) while he was on shift. When Steinmetz mentioned a recent vacation that she and Collier took to New Mexico on Jan. 23 a second mistress came forward in the comments, revealing that he told her that he was on a work assignment in Portland, Oregon that weekend.

Not long after, a third woman came forward with allegations that she too was dating the Stinnett Police Chief. At the time of this post, there have been at least two alleged engagements, multiple girlfriends, and sadly one wife at the center of these accusations against the 41-year-old police chief.

While Collier hasn't publicly spoken on the allegations himself, the city of Stinnett acknowledged the drama in a statement issued on Jan. 27.

The statement was posted on the City of Stinnett Facebook page, adding another layer to the already viral story as it continued to unfold on social media.

The city is taking this seriously and will be looking into any violations of city policy. Chief Jason Collier has been placed on leave while the city investigations. As per city policy, we will refrain from commenting on any personal issues of personnel in a public forum.

Both the Stinnett Police Department Facebook page and Collier's personal account have been deleted while Steinmetz's post has been shared tens of thousands of times with social media users continuing to help the women put together the puzzle pieces to all this drama.

For instance, one user pointed out how the mention of Collier's wife was conveniently removed from a post on the Stinnett Police Department Facebook page.

There are even some ties to Louisiana in this crazy story.

I cannot overstate how this is barely the surface level of a story that has the makings of a Netflix blockbuster.
