The Sustainable Farming Association will be holding their Annual Meeting virtually on Monday February 8 through Saturday February 13, 2021. During the week there will be a dozen sessions on topics chosen by Sustainable Farming Association members with the majority hosted by farmers. The conference was set up tp provide "relevant, accessible education for all farmers, chefs, food buyers, eaters and anyone interested in local food."

There will be special sessions with state officials to talk about meat processing and packing. Minnesota Department of Agriculture Thom Peterson will talk about "initiatives and challenges in expanding processing opportunities laid bare by COVID-19." wrapping up the conference Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison will discuss Minnesota's response to meatpacker concentration and antitrust enforcement. Attorney General Ellison will be interviewed by Theresa Keaveny Executive Director of the Sustainable Farming Association.
