Investigators were conducting surveillance on the home of 38-year-old Mason David Zill prior to executing the warrant.

The new charges against him stem from the execution of a search warrant at a northeast Rochester apartment earlier this month.

The warrant was filed in Olmsted County Court on Tuesday. He was not in custody as of Tuesday night, according to Olmsted County Adult Detention Center records.

Court documents show that Abdi was released on bail earlier this month after he was arrested and charged with drug sales and a felony DWI offense.
