The court document says the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a domestic incident occurring at a home in Eyota shortly after 4:00 Friday afternoon.

The deadly rollover crash occurred on August 29 along a rural road in Marion Township.

Court documents say evidence seized by Rochester police linked the 2 men to a similar swindle reported in Wisconsin.

An Olmsted County Sheriff's Deputy was injured when Kenyon crashed a stolen vehicle into his squad car in the collision that ended the chase.

Speeds during one of the chases reached nearly 90 mph.
