Members of the sheriff’s office and Southeast Minnesota Violent Crimes Enforcement Team executed a search warrant around 8:00 Monday morning.

The Cannon River Drug and Violent Offender Task Force was leading the investigation, which had involved surveillance.

The Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office is investigating the collision.

The case began on Tuesday, when the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office responded to the report of a weapons violation in northwest Rochester.

Deputies executed a search warrant on Tuesday.

Olmsted County Adult Detention Center records indicate they were booked into the jail around 7:15 Sunday night.

In 1958 he joined the Olmsted County Sheriff’s Office and served in multiple roles and capacities before being elected Sheriff in 1970.

The court document says law enforcement first learned of the sex assault allegations on September 16. The victim in the case is a teenage girl.

The fire had spread to a majority of the home by the time emergency responders arrived at the scene.

The damage is believed to have occurred shortly after 1 a.m.
