The 5th Annual Oktoberfest for Suicide Prevention in Rochester drew thousands and raised $164,426 to support local and national mental health programs.

This annual event is more than just great food, live music, and ice-cold drinks (although, you will find plenty of those!).

New signs will be installed in April 2025 to remind people in crisis that help is available. Call or text 988.

Aidan Hegge, a 17-year-old in Minnesota, was a light in this world for so many and still is today thanks to a nonprofit that was formed in his name - Aidan's Light.

Evan has carried a canoe over 300 miles across Minnesota, all to raise mental health awareness and to help with suicide prevention.
