Time once again for our adoptable animal of the week, and this week we are featuring Tiggs the cat. Tiggs is one of those cats that if you've always wanted to own a panther, this cat might fit the bill, as Tiggs could become your own domesticated miniature black panther.

Tiggs was rescued from the Austin City Pound when no one came to claim him and his time was considered up, so Tiggs found his way to the Mower County Humane Society. Our friend and volunteer at the Mower County Humane Society noted that Tiggs is "playful" and an "outgoing guy who loves to play."

Tiggs is also good with other cats in the shelter, as he seems to get along with them, but since he likes to play, and that sometimes can get a little rough with some nibbles from time to time he would do best in a home with older children that understand that type of cat play.

If you are interested in adopting Tiggs, you can fill out an application, here, and once it's approved Tiggs is only $50.

And I'd also like to pass along an adoption update from the Mower County Humane Society. Milo one of our previously featured adoptable animals recently found his new home as he was adopted around the first of June, so a big congrats to Milo and his new owners! It's always great to see adoption notices from previously featured pets, and those who weren't featured that are getting a new home!

MILO was adopted this morning! THANK YOU for adopting from MCHS!!
