It might be fair week this week with the Rice County Fair in full swing, but we wouldn't want to miss out on an opportunity to find an adoptable animal a new home. This week we are featuring Loki, a cat that was surrendered at less than a year old due to his previous owner having some health issues. While his name might sound like trouble it certainly seems that she is anything but!

Our friend and volunteer at the Mower County Humane Society, Michaela Tews has more information about this adoptable cat named Loki.

Loki was an owner surrender in May 2021 due to the owner's health failure. Loki is about 8 months old at the time of surrender. Loki is a people lover and as of this posting, still working on getting used to so many cats around him! He is a fun and affectionate guy ready for a home of his own.

If you are looking for a new companion this summer, just in time to start a routine before the kids and grandkids get going back to school.
