Thursday, late evening and into the morning hours on Friday, the rain fell very heavily, especially to the East, with locations in Fillmore, Dodge, and Olmsted Counties getting in excess of 7 inches. Reports show that widespread locations received 4-7 inches, with some getting 8 inches. That's a lot of rain, and yes there is flooding going on. HWY 14 was covered with water this morning by Kasson, and several streets in Rochester had to be detoured for the flooding.

With the flooding going on, this video has been going viral on Facebook, showing several cows who were swept away by the flooding and floating downriver.

There is still a risk of flooding, in fact, according to the National Weather Service, there is still a River Flood Warning until Saturday, at 10:31 PM, and a Flood Warning in effect until 3:15 PM Friday.
