Remember how long of a winter we had in the first half of 2019? It was endless; it felt like the snow just flat out refused to leave for the season. Summer could not come soon enough, and it seems like we're finally able to enjoy some consistently nice and toasty weather.

So imagine that you're driving around Rochester on a scorching hot summer day. It's so hot, in fact, that you decide to crank up your AC...when this happens:

I'm guessing many of you would not be a fan of getting surprised with a random blizzard in your car, but that's just me. Although with the heat wave that's expected to hit Southeast Minnesota this weekend, maybe a small blast of snow would be refreshing?
