Back in December of 1974, Young Frankenstein, a little movie by Mel Brooks hit the big screen. My best friend, Jerry, and I went to see it the Paradise Theater in downtown Faribault. At the time I thought it was, by far, the funniest movie I'd ever seen and it still ranks in my top ten favorite comedies. How fitting that this screenplay has now returned to Faribault for a limited run as the play, The New Mel Brooks Musical: Young Frankenstein, at the Paradise Center for the Arts. With 7:30PM shows on September 8,9,14,15 and 16 and matinee performances at 2PM on September 10 and 17 you'll have a good chance of getting yourself a good seat to the show. Better yet this week and next on the Power 96 Morning Show I'll have your tickets to go to this Saturday night's performance.
Listen between 6-9AM this week and next week for your shot at winning tickets to The New Mel Brooks Musical: Young Frankenstein. Remember everyone that wins Paradise Center for the Arts tickets this month is automatically entered into a drawing for a one year family membership worth $75. I’ll draw a winner’s name on Friday, September 29, at 8:20AM on the Power 96 Morning Show.
