And the Best Bakery in Faribault is…
Crack of Dawn Bakehouse and Market in Faribault!
First of all, thank you to everyone who voted on Facebook for the best bakery in (or near) Faribault!
For those of you that are familiar with Crack of Dawn, you know that they aren't open very often. So once the voting was over at 2 pm last Friday, I looked up the Crack of Dawn hours and realized they were already closed for that day! And I wasn't able to stop by on Saturday soooo I had to wait until they opened again on Thursday. Now here we are!
As soon as I walked into Crack of Dawn the delicious smell of bread hit me in the face and I wished I could buy it all!
Many of you recommended their cinnamon rolls so that's what I went with and oh man was it good! Some cinnamon rolls you get have really thick, sugary frosting but this frosting was creamy and I seriously wish I would have bought the entire pan they had out!
Also, I was not expecting them to have a cute little shop in there too! I wish I had time to shop around a bit, maybe I'll have to stop by there again sometime!
Crack of Dawn is such a cute shop, has delicious tasting and smelling food, and the people that were working when I stopped in were very nice!
