Airbnb has some really unique places to stay, including a tiny house in Faribault, MN! This is like your typical tiny home, exactly what you think of when you think tiny home living. This home was even featured on 'Tiny House Nation' in 2015.

In the listing Kim (the host) says that her, her husband, and her two kids lived in this house for 4.5 years! Now that their kids are older and bigger they opped for a larger home.

I always think it's so cool when people have actually lived in tiny homes. That means they really figured out what stuff in their life matters to them and gotten rid of everything else cluttering things up.

You could pretend like you own a tiny home by staying in this incredibly adorable tiny home in Faribault. Even though it's in Southern Minnesota, you're not traveling far, I think it's still a fun weekend getaway idea, especially with the lake view and the bonfire (they say in the listing that you can use the paddle boat and canoe in the warmer months).
