Cathleen Elle is a coach and emotional fitness trainer and says if you do this one little thing before you get out of bed each day, you will experience more joy, confidence and productivity.  Elle will be on Thursday's KDHL AM Minnesota program at 9:30 a.m.

This exercise takes just two to three minutes and has been proven to help dramatically help people shift their lives.  This is not a physical exercise, it's more mental.  It is not meditation, visualizing or goal setting.

Elle challenges her clients to write down ten things you are grateful for each day before you get out of bed.  She says in ten days you will feel differently about the start of your day even before you get to the bathroom.

Elle will give us specific examples of how it has changed the lives of some of her clients.  She'll explain why this simple exercise is so powerful.

This has helped transform the lives of a Veteran with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and a woman in a miserable marriage.
