Stop on out at the Rice County Fairgrounds on November 17th from 4-6 P.M. to get signed up. If you are looking to be a part of a team, and also try something non-traditional the Faribault Archery Club might be the right thing to do.

According to the club, "archery is a life-long sport that is engaging to youth of all abilities, genders, and backgrounds." The club is open to Faribault students from 4th grade to 12th grade and the season runs from December 1 through April 2020.

If you aren't sure if archery is right for your child or grandchild, there is a free archery day coming up on November 16th from 10 A.M. to Noon at the Archery Club located on the Rice County Fairgrounds. The event will be open to all children grades K-12.

There is a cost to joining the club, $200 but that includes the tournament fees as well as membership.

I don't know enough...or anything about archery really but it seems like a fun activity that is indoors at a range for your kids to enjoy over the cold winter months.
