Russ and Donna Bauer are the coordinators of the Faribault Farmer's Market and joins us on KDHL today to talk about another year of sales in Central Park.  The first market of the season is June 1 with Saturday sales taking place through October.  There is a Wednesday sale July through September.

Hours are 7:00 a.m. to Noon on Saturdays and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesdays. All vendors are from within a 15 mile area of Faribault.  If you are interested in being a vendor contact Russ or Donna Bauer at 507-332-8283.

Products sold include seasonal vegetables, fruits, eggs, maple syrup, honey, baked goods, goat milk soap, salsas, jams, jellies, meat, coffee, flowers, plants, local artisan designs.

The last few years there have been some special events held during the Farmer's Market in Faribault.  We will find out if anything is planned for this season.

I've had some delicious breads, jams, various produce.  I love the farm fresh eggs.  I've purchased honey, maple syrup and other items because they are so fresh.

Maybe I'll run into you some Saturday at the Faribault Farmer's Market.
