Faribault Police Program On Stray Cats

Everyone agreed, and the Faribault City Council has even talked about the fact that the feral cats are getting to be a very big problem in the city.

It's been talked about for a while now. The feral or stray cat program in the city of Faribault. And the Faribault Police Department is going to start a program to try to start tackling the problem.
