The Faribault Police Department is looking forward to having a fellow officer return to duty. Officer Lance Ulrich, of the Faribault Police Department, has been deployed with the National Guard the last few months and will be coming back to work soon.

According to today's The Point After a weekly publication from the Faribault Police Department, Ulrich will return to duty soon. Also in the weekly publication, the Faribault PD is mourning the loss of a former officer. The department offered their condolences to the family of Lt. Terry Shields as he passed away recently.

"Lieutenant Terry Shields, passed away this week at the age of 93. A World War II veteran, Lt. Shields served the citizens of Faribault for several years from the 60’s through the 80’s."

Included in the publication was a plea to the public in searching for two people on local warrants. Faribault police are looking for 21-year-old Jesus Alvarado Reyes. Reyes "is the subject of a warrant for failing to appear on charges of Criminal Sexual Conduct. Alvarado Reyes is 5’8” tall, weighs 134 pounds, has brown eyes and black hair, according to the online publication.

Also being sought by the Faribault PD this week is 29-year-old Kirbi Issacs. Issacs is "wanted in Rice County for failing to appear on charges of theft. She is also wanted in Dakota County for violating probation. Issacs is 5’5” tall, weighs 140 pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair" according to the online publication.
