I've seen many people posting this picture. It went viral a few years ago and here's the real story about where it came from. The picture, for some reason, is making the rounds again. I saw it posted on another site yesterday. I don't remember what year it was. Probably 2010 or 2011. A friend and I had bet each other that we could get our names on the ABC 6 News trivia contest. Whomever got their "name" on the air first, won. We had waited all week. Tried every day. Then it happened.

You had to email your answer in. I forgot the question but it was fairly easy so I emailed my answer and signed the email as "Dixie Normous." My first thought was, "There's no way they're going to pick mine. That's the oldest trick in the books." Then it happened.

I see that "Dixie Normous" won that week's prize. I called the person I made the bet with and we laughed and laughed. A few days later, I got my prize. And THAT is the true story behind that picture.

*Side Note* That picture is the reason they do not give the last name when they announce the winner. You're welcome.
