Minnesota was inside the top-ten once again, and this time when it comes to people with health insurance.

The national uninsured rate is climbed from 7.9% in 2017 to 8.5% in 2018, and Wallet Hub dove deep into each state to see where it has gone.

Minnesota, in that study, came in at the fifth-lowest rate in the nation at 4.4% in 2018, which is four percent lower than in 2010. Massechutes was the lowest at 2.77% uninsured.

As you can see from Wallet Hub's graph below, there have been many changes throughout the country when it comes to uninsured people.

Wisconsin and Iowa both cracked the top-ten with Iowa at #6 at 4.72% along with Wisconsin at #10 at 5.46%.
