Rice County SWCD Selling Tree Seedlings and Native Plants

Again this year, the Rice County Soil and Water Conservation District is selling tree seedlings. The seedlings are available in packets of 25 for $39. There are bare root conifers, potted conifers, deciduous bare root and bare root shrubs. In addition, the tree supplies you might need are also available. The orders should be here and available for pickup in mid-April.

The Rice County SWCD also has native plants for sale. The rain garden mix is specially designed to provide plants that can tolerate flooding conditions in your rain garden. The butterfly mix is designed to attract butterflies to your home garden.
