The Minnesota State Fair offers many park and ride options so you can take a bus to the fair instead of having to park at the fairgrounds. Unfortunately, three of these park and ride locations will be closed this year. Plan your trip accordingly!

The three park and ride locations that will not be available this year are the Fridley Station, the Knox Avenue area in Richfield, and the Marcus Oakdale Cinema location. There are still 17 other park and ride options available, though, so many to chose from. But if you're used to using one of those three locations, you'll have to do some research.

Why won't these park and ride options be available? KSTP reports that it's due to construction and staffing.

If you aren't familiar with the park and ride option to the state fair, you can go to one of the locations on the below map, park there for free, and get on one of the many buses for a small fee. The bus then takes you right to the fairgrounds and you don't have to deal with the mess of parking there!
