The seventh annual Blue Collar BBQ and Arts Festival will be held this Saturday, Aug. 8, in downtown Faribault!

Always a fun event, the Blue Collar BBQ and Arts Festival is a fundraiser for the Paradise Center for the Arts on Central Avenue in downtown Faribault. It is free to attend, but donations can be made at any of the information booths. Running from 11AM to 11PM, the event features 12 hours of live music. Additionally, there is an art fair and market showcasing local and regional artists, and a kids area with large inflatables. The BBQ competition will get underway right away, and the awards will be given at 4PM, and the washers tournament gets started at 4PM. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, and free rides home are available through a shuttle service.
