The Czech Heritage Club, with MVEC Beat the Peak Challenge, hosts a day of ornament making at the New Prague Park Ballroom on Saturday, Dec. 5.
Daniela Mahoney, egg artist and cultural educator will run the sessions:
- 11AM to noon: Colored wax application to egg shells and candles
- 12:15-1:15PM: Blue batik on eggs
- 1:30-2:30PM: Doll making from straw, fiber and yarn
- 2:45-3:45PM: Paper snowflakes and stars.
Materials are included with each class. Kids are free, and a donation is requested from adult participants.
