Jan Stevens will give a program on DNA and Genealogical Research on Tuesday, September 20, at 7PM. The program will take place in the Carlander Family Room at the Rice County Historical Society, 1814 N.W. Second Ave., Faribault.

Stevens will be presenting a program on how she used genealogical research and DNA testing to trace her personal ancestry – and the surprises this research brought her! The information you can find today is remarkable. Stevens will share how she used modern resources to trace wills, census data, land titles, and much more – and how this helped make solving her family mysteries easy and fun!
