Local historian Dr. Roy Anderson will follow the stories of Alexander Faribault’s life. He traces these narratives from Alexander’s birth in a fur trading family to the year 1880, when Alexander was 75 and the town of Faribault had expanded greatly. A question and answer session will follow the talk.

His program will take place in the Carlander Family Room at the Rice County Historical Society, 1814 N.W. Second Ave., Faribault. The program will take place at 7PM on Thursday, November 3.
