The Grand Marshal for the Faribault Heritage Days Parade is Faribault Area Senior Center Executive Director Mona Kaiser.  Kaiser will be joining some of the celebration organizers on today's KDHL AM Minnesota program at 9:30 a.m.  If you can't tune in at that time a video version of the show will be uploaded to the www.kdhlradio.com website by mid-afternoon.  Mona told us during a visit on our show earlier she agreed to the honor because it highlights the work at the Senior Center.

Heritage Days begins Wednesday and goes through Saturday with our annual KDHL s Medallion Hunt beginning Wednesday also.  In recent years in addition to announcing the clues on the radio they will be posted to our websites www.kdhlradio.com and www.power96radio.com. at about the same time they are announced on the radio.  The clues will also be posted in the front window of our studios at 601 Central Avenue in downtown Faribault at 8:30 a.m. each day.  The idea is to listen to the radio to get the information first.  Happy hunting.  Rules will be posted soon.
