Power 96 at Walk MS in Faribault

I had a great time at Walk MS this morning. The day was perfect for all the team and individual walkers that came out to support the Multiple Sclerosis Society. There was plenty of bottled water for the participants and freezies for the kids that joined in, along with doughnuts and sweet rolls to get a little sugar in the system for the walk.

Everyone enjoyed helping paint the the school bus that will be racing at the Eve of Destruction at Elko Speedway this summer. Even Miss Minnesota American Beauty, Alixandra Biwer, lent her artistic touch to getting the bus ready for the big race. As a matter of fact, this Kasson native kept really busy painting quite a bit of the bus. I was able to get a picture of her with some of her fine customizing work on the front end.

I just want to thank everyone who stopped by to say "hi" as I was broadcasting and playing music for the crowd. I got to see quite a few people that I haven't seen in a while and that's one of the things I really look forward to when I'm invited to these events.
