Yesterday's Power 96 Cool One, brought to you by Kelly's Auto Parts, was the title track from Cheap Trick's Heaven Tonight album. This 1978 release made it to No. 48 on the U.S. Billboard 200 album charts, whereas the single "Heaven Tonight" was released as the B-side to "Dream Police" from their followup album by the same name.

Cheap Trick hails from Rockford, Ill., and got together in 1973. They've had several hits over the years in the U.S. as well as abroad. Their most well-known album to date is Cheap Trick At Budokan. At one time their popularity in Japan had their press dubbing them the "American Beatles." Their popularity in their home state lead the Illinois Senate to pass a resolution naming April 1 as Cheap Trick Day in October 2007.
