Power 96 Cool One Recap: L.A. Guns

Yesterday's Power 96 Cool One was the L.A. Guns, "The Ballad of Jayne," from their Cocked and Loaded album released in August 1989. As a single, it made it to No. 33 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100, No. 25 on the U.S. Hot Mainstream Rock Tracks chart and No. 53 in the UK. Cocked and Loaded, their second studio release, peaked at No. 38 on the U.S. Billboard 200 and No. 45 in the UK.
