The Power 96 Cool One on Friday was "On the Loose" from Canadian rock band Saga off of their 1981 commercially successful album Worlds Apart. The album itself made it to No. 29 on the U.S. Billboard 200. The single made it to No. 26 on the U.S. Billboard 100 and No. 3 on the U.S. Mainstream Rock Chart. Their other single from the album, "Wind Him Up," made it to No. 64 on the U.S. Billboard 100 and No. 24 on the U.S. Mainstream Rock Chart.

Over the years Saga has released about 22 albums, seven live albums and put together several compilation albums. According to their official website, Saga is still touring.
