Power 96 Cool One Recap: Scorpions

Nobody rocks quite like the Scorpions, and that's why I chose them for my Power 96 Cool One yesterday. The track I picked, called "Rock My Car," comes from the latest release Return to Forever. This album came out on Feb. 23 of this year.

Their single, "We Built This House," didn't really grab me, so I opted to dig deeper into this disc filled with tunes that were said to be unfinished songs from the Blackout, Love at First Sting, Savage Amusement and Crazy World sessions. Most of them were written between the early '80s and 2014. A couple of other tracks worth checking out if you don't have time to peruse the whole album are "Going Out With A Bang," "All For One" and "Rollin' Home." This is definitely a great CD to pop into the stereo on a long cruise, and I highly recommend you add it to your collection.
