As a lover of both fruit juices and heavy metal, this is not fun news. Especially when "heavy metal" refers to arsenic instead of the music.

A new report from Consumer Reports found dangerous levels of heavy metals like arsenic and lead in these brands of popular fruit juices:

Apple & Eve

Capri Sun

Honest Kids

Ocean Spray

Welch's (apple, grape, pear, and blends)

Consumer Reports goes on to say that these contaminated juices can be harmful for kids and adults who drink four or more ounces of it per day. Long-term exposure to these dangerous heavy metals have been linked to kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and certain types of cancer.

If you own any of these juices, the phrase "better safe than sorry" comes to mind. You should toss them from your fridge immediately!
