Northfield Hospital and Clinics (NH+C) issued a news release today informing the public they do not have COVID vaccine available for first doses after February 23.

People who have an appointment scheduled for second dose, will get their vaccine.  It's important to keep second dose appointments.

Minnesotans 18 years of age and older can register for the state's new Vaccine Connector.  Complete the online forms to find out when, where, and how to get your COVID vaccine when it's available.

The NH+C news release states:

"Northfield Hospital and Clinics does not have COVID vaccine available for first doses after Tuesday, February 23.  NH+C is not scheduling new appointments at this tme.  NH+C will reach out again when vaccine is available for first doses."

"If you have an appointment scheduled for second dose, you will get your vaccine.  Please keep your second dose appointment."

"All appointments are filled for Friday, February 19, Saturday, February 20 and Tuesday February 23."

"When vaccine is available again, appointments will be offered in order of age (oldest first).  The number of appointments depends on the amount of vaccine available.  You must hear from NH+C before scheduling an appointment.  Please DO NOT CALL."

"It's wise to look at other vaccine options.  Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) llists options here."

The news release concludes, "NH+C's goal is to vaccinate people in our community as efficiently as possible when we have vaccine available.  NH+C is committed to serving all members of our community.
