Early Saturday morning a Texas woman, who was traveling with two other people through Goodhue County, was killed after the Jeep she was riding in left the roadway and rolled, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. 

According to the incident report from the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2016 Jeep Compass was traveling Southbound on Highway 57 in Cherry Grove Township when it left the roadway and rolled near the intersection of 57 and 505th St. The crash was reported at 3:37AM

The driver, 33-year-old Maria Yaquyelina Ramirez of Alvarado, Texas, and another passenger, 32-year-old Ciriaco Bautista also of Alvarado Texas, were described by the State Patrol as suffering from non-life threatening injuries, while the woman who died in the crash whose identity has not been released yet by the Minnesota State Patrol is described in the incident report as being a 29-year-old woman, also from Alvarado, Texas.

Ramirez and Bautista were taken to St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester.

Road conditions at the time of the crash were reported to be dry, and alcohol was not believed to be involved in the accident.

Responding with the Minnesota State Patrol to the scene of the crash was the Goodhue County Sheriff's Office, Zumbrota Police Department, Zumbrota Amulbance, Wanamingo Fire, and Mayo One.
