Football Season, leaves changing colors, bonfires, hoodies, and everything pumpkin spice, these are all signs that Fall is just about here. Schools in the area start this week as well, and as I'm thinking about my favorite season, I can't forget it's almost time for the corn mazes and pumpkin patches to open.

According to the website onlyinyourstate.com, one of the best corn mazes and pumpkin patches is just down the road, in Byron. Yes, I am talking about Tweite's. Onlyinyourstate has this to say: "Tweite's Family Farm has been a Minnesota fall tradition for 30 years. Today, it remains one of the best fall activities you can do in the entire state. You'll find it at 1821 Frontier Rd. SW, Byron, Minnesota, 55920."

I have gone out there almost every year, it is such an easy drive, and well worth it. The playground is great, the food court offers almost everything you could want, and the family is always so welcoming. Add this one to your list of fall/pre-Halloween activities this year, and, if you've never been, give it a try. I loved it, and I'm looking forward to going back this year. Rumor has it their corn maze will have a knights and dragons theme this year. You can even get your pumpkins here. They will open for the season on September 22nd.

Of course, I went looking and could not find any real current pictures, so, enjoy this one of my daughter, from a few years ago.
