Hayfield Woman Hurt in Weekend Traffic Wreck

An area woman was injured over the weekend in a traffic wreck.

It happened around 11:30 Saturday night on Highway 30 near Hayfield.

The Minnesota State Patrol says 22-year-old Dalton Haas of Rochester lost control of his car and crashed into a ditch.

The State Patrol says Haas wasn’t hurt but his passenger - 22-year-old Jocelyn Sanvick of Hayfield - was taken to St. Marys Hospital with life-threatening injuries. She was not using a seatbelt.
