Kenyon-Wanamingo defeated Triton 7-2 in Dodge Center Thursday.  Randolph got by Maple River 6-1 and Hayfield dominated Bethlehem Academy 11-3 in Faribault.

The Knights got another terrific pitching performance from Josie Flom with 8 strikeouts, 3 walks, 7 hits allowed. Four of the strikeouts were looking.

K-W scored a run in the second, 2 runs in the 3rd, 3 runs in the fourth and a run in the fifth inning.  The Cobras collected a pair of runs in the sixth inning.

Randolph pitcher, freshman Carter Raymond fanned 14 Maple River Eagles hitters and walked notody in a 6-1 win at home.  Raymond threw 88 pitches, 71 for strikes.  She allowed 6 hits while Randolph banged out 9 hits in the game.

Raymond also had 2 doubles in the game.  The Rockets finished with 9 hits, 3 errors.  Maple River had 6 hits, 2 errors.
